Dear Friends,

Charlestown Alumni Association of New York (CAANY) will be hosting a black tie dinner and dance to celebrate its 25th anniversary on Friday, July 4, 2014 for alumni and friends worldwide.

This event will take place at the elegant Antun’s Catering Hall, 96-43 Springfield Gardens, Queens Village, NY 11429 from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.  The highlights of the evening will include the honoring of outstanding alumni and those who have contributed greatly to the CAANY over the years.  Our evening’s entertainment will be provided by DJ Lady Supreme, Hanna John.

The proceeds from this event will be used to provide the means for every student at Charlestown Government Secondary School (CGSS) in Georgetown, Guyana to maximize his or her academic and social potential through school supplies, technical equipment, additional academic instructions, awards and scholarships for higher learning.

As a part of our efforts, we will be making this 25th year a memorable one by producing a journal to highlight our individual and group achievements and to assist business like yours in promoting its products and services. We are, therefore, soliciting your sponsorship of an advertisement in our journal or a donation to help our cause.

Attached are the prices for the advertising space.  Kindly sign the attached contract in order to reserve a space for your advertisement.  Please attach your advertisement as you would like it to appear the journal. An individual ticket for the Dinner Dance is $110.00.

Thank you very much for your kind support.
